YIN YANG YOGA

All my physical yoga practice is based on the idea of yin-yang, allowing both sides of our nature to be inhabited; the dynamic, engaging qualities and the receptive, allowing side. So half of the time I teach a powerful juicy, strong, alignment and core focused therapeutic Vinyasa Flow. The other half of the time I teach full surrender to gravity, no effort, deep, yummy Yin Yoga. We need time to nurture and master new abilities to reach true maturity just as much as we need to relax into ourselves unconditionally and feel grateful enjoying what is present. The aim is to find that sacred balance between competition and compassion, ambition and contentment.
